Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returned items for resale, including unopened packages.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

To help us evaluate the problem, please include:

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it and we will do our best to assist.


European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible:

• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must be returned in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
