Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Kargo Empire is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Kargo Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
